In order for clear readability, we’ve simplified this as much as we can. Please read this carefully. By using the bot, you agree to these terms.
Please note that violation of any of the untolerated behaviors listed below may lead to permanent termination of your access to Doki without warning or explanation. The examples listed are not the only behaviors that may result in enforcement.

Misuse of the bot or its features
Using Doki to spam, harass, or harm other users, servers, or communities is not allowed.
Any form of automation, self-botting, or manipulation that negatively affects stability or fairness of gameplay may result in restriction or permanent ban.

Alt inflation, exploiting, or reselling of in-bot currencies
Creating alternate accounts or using automated methods to gain unfair advantages or inflate in-bot currencies is strictly prohibited.
Sharing or using exploit methods related to global currencies, items, or Pokémon progression is not allowed.
Real money trading, which includes any exchange involving something of real-world value in return for in-bot assets such as Pokémon, coins, tickets, or any future cross-server currency, is forbidden. This includes "rewarding" users with in-bot items for providing something worth real money.

Such behavior may result in data deletion, including currency resets or complete account removal.

Data and information usage
The bot collects limited data necessary to operate its game features, including:
• Discord User ID
• Server ID
• Game progress, including Pokémon, items, and stats

This data is used solely for gameplay and functionality. It is never shared or sold to third parties.
Users may request deletion of their stored data by contacting the developer through the support server.

We reserve the right to evaluate
Users who exist solely to damage or disrupt Doki may have their access removed at our discretion.
We may also restrict or remove access from users who cause a generally negative impact on the bot, its community, or its services.

Service availability
The bot may experience downtime, data resets, or temporary unavailability at any time without prior notice.
Features may be changed, reworked, or removed without warning. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or permanent data storage.
